Our hotel
The ‘Cima d’Oro’ hotel is located opposite the enchanting Lake Ledro one of the cleanest and most delightful lakes in Trentino at 650 metres above sea level, rich in history and vestiges of a past rooted in the Bronze Age.
The quiet and relaxing atmosphere offers the best for a complete holiday. Excellent bathing facilities with boat hire, sailing and windsurfing schools. The climate is pleasant and the location has an inviting atmosphere with green meadows, lush forests and unforgettable mountains with rare flora.
The trails, suitable for all abilities, offer the possibility of wonderful walking, trekking or mountain biking excursions. Precious historical and artistic testimonies of the past are collected in museums and churches. The pile-dwelling area and its museum are particularly important. The beauty of these mountains and the splendid colours of the lake also make it a destination for many motorcyclists.
Right at the beginning of this wonderful lake, in an optimal position for all types of excursions, 50 m from the pile-dwelling and prehistoric village is the ‘Cima d'Oro’ hotel, which has 25 rooms, all with a private bathroom and balcony. The family-run business guarantees fine, authentic cuisine with excellent dishes including local gastronomy.
The hotel has its own private car park and garden with a lake-view swimming pool for guests’ use. The hotel is often visited by guests who prefer motorbikes as a means of transport to better enjoy the wonderful sights the area has to offer: the owners provide them with premises for storing their vehicles and equipment.
We also use energy from renewable sources: with a view to going green, we have installed photovoltaic and solar panels to produce electricity and hot water
